User Access Reconciliation Bot

Developed by our specialist Chris Haverty, this bot performs user access reconciliation in our school’s Slate database. This bot assembles the needed data, reconciles the user’s last access date and if they haven’t accessed the system in a certain amount of time, the user is added to a review list and submitted to our IT director. Previously this process consumed up to 60 user hours per year. The solution currently improves security and standardizes the process for our organization. The system expects an influx of new users, we expect these time savings benefits to increase greatly over the next semester.
