Roster Update Bot

Developed by our specialists Kendra Annis and Nick Koloziejcak, this solution assists in a highly involved manual process. Updating a class roster requires gathering lists of student data, reconciling them, and updating the results to a learning management system. The automated solution is capable of performing this reconciliation in addition to notifying the course instructors if a student adds or drops from a course. The automation is estimated to save 37 user hours per year and will improve instructor engagement.
