Jacob Ortega

Jacob is a 2021 graduate of Nichols College. Throughout his college career, Jacob participated in various internships, the most important being the Research Associate Intern which introduced him to the power of RPA. Since then Jacob couldn’t get enough of the technology and has dedicated the start of his career to assisting CIPA in its creation. He is responsible for standardizing process analysis methodology including development, testing, and implementation of process documenting procedures. In addition, he assists with grant writing for the department. When he isn’t leading development projects he enjoys quality time with his family and spends his free time collecting vintage watches.
